One of my goals for 2024 is to work through my limiting self -beliefs.
Oftentimes, the narrative I tell myself is hindering me instead of helping me.
I’m working to challenge some of these thoughts.
Imposter syndrome is very real, as someone kindly commented on my IG post.
I’m going to be 100% vulnerable with you all for a moment here. Here are my clogging thoughts that muddle my mind:
– I don’t have what it takes to be successful.
– I’m not as smart as some of the other individuals that I look up to.
– I can’t be successful while also being a good mom and a good wife.
– I will never be as financially stable as I’d like to be.
I’d like to challenge myself when these thoughts creep into my head and remind myself that I’m capable of anything I put my mind to.
Our mind is a powerful tool.
If we don’t believe in ourselves, who will? Half of the battle is believing in ourselves.
What are some of your limited self-beliefs that are holding you back?
How can you challenge yourself to put a stop to this narrative?
Sending you love, chelsea xo
